Is sitting in your backyard watching bees considered excercise? You have to sit up at least once or twice to change your view. that's kinda excerise. Funny story about the WII, you get to pick a character for yourself, you get to give it a hairstyle and a body style, with glasses, without, and then when you step on the scale....well, let's just say that my Billy Jean slim looking character turned into Rosanne Barr with glasses after the stupid thing weighed me. Who the hell makes these things? I went from being a fairly in shape 46 year old, to an obese (!) 58 year old.
